Lilly skated down a ramp at the Malibu Skate Park. "Try that one, Oliver!" She said, laughing.

"You really think you can beat the Okenator?" Oliver shouted, putting his skateboard down and skating towards the ramp. "C'mon Lilly, you know I'm obviously better then you."
He picked up his board and climbed to the top of the half pipe. He placed the board down and put his right foot down on it, looking down the ramp. He pushed off with his left foot and bent his knees slightly as the board went down the pipe. When he reached the other side, he did a 180 degree turn, with his board hitting the edge of the ramp on his way down. Oliver lost his balance and fell off his board, skimming down the ramp on his knees.
"I'm having an off day." He said to Lilly.

"Nuh uh!" Oliver protested. "I'll show you then." He picked up his board again and climbed to the top of the ramp. He repeated what he did last time, but when it came for his 180 turn, his board didn't hit the edge of the pipe and he went down and up on the other side, repeating the turn.
He kept doing this, gaining more air and adding a small trick to each turn. He finally gained enough air to do one 360 turn. He had a clean landing and stopped his board in the middle of the pipe, smirking at Lilly.
"And that's just the basic stuff." He said, kicking his board and picking it up. He walked over to her and pointed to the pipe. "Your turn."

"Oh, yeah, uh-uh," Lilly said, laughing. She brought her skateboard over to the 15 foot ramp and stood at the top. "Watch this," She said. She pushed off and did a handstand on her skateboard as it zoomed down the ramp and up the other side. Then she stood back up and did a backflip as the skateboard went back. She finally landed and stopped her skateboard with her foot. "That's how Lillay rolls," Lilly said, grinning.

Oliver rolled his eyes at her. "Show off." He said as he skated past her and the half pipe. He did an ollie onto a grind and balanced his board as it rode it to the end. He flipped his board off it and jumped over a step. He continued skating until the ramp came into view and her grinned.
"Beat this Lilly!" He shouted, turning his board quickly towards it and pushed off harder, gaining more speed. He reached the ramp and just as his board left the end, he kicked the back of it so it turned in the air. Oliver lifted his legs up to his chest and then down quickly, just in time to hit the board back into place. His board landed on the ground and he turned it sharply, but he managed to stay on it.
"There's more where that came from." He said confidently, skating towards the biggest half pipe at the park.

"Dude, calm down!" Lilly shouted. "You're about to run into that pole!"

"What?" Oliver asked, stopping his board. He gave Lilly a confused look and picked up his board, climbing up to the top of the half pipe and sat down. "You gonna show me your trick for the competition now?" He called down to her, waiting for her to join him up there on the ramp.

"No, I'm not, because I'm tired of showing off when I already know I'm better than you," Lilly said. "I'd only show off for one special person..."
